What we do

Software factory

End-to-end custom software development: web, desktop and mobile, with our own team or integrated into yours.

IT & Functional Consulting

We help define architecture, scope and priorities to turn a complex need into a workable project.

Technical Audit

We review existing systems, reduce technical risk, and prepare platforms to scale or integrate.

Why Us

We're fluent in working remotely with international clients

Not something we adapted to recently — it's the way we've operated for over two decades, across the US and Australia.

Fluent, everyday English

Our team communicates in English day to day, not just for kickoff calls — it's how we've sustained 20+ year relationships with clients abroad.

Agile, remote-first delivery

Sprints, standups and continuous delivery with distributed teams have been part of how we work for years, well before "remote" became the norm everywhere.

Comfortable across time zones

We're used to coordinating with the US and Australia despite the time difference — overlapping working hours where possible, and clear async handoffs where not.

Dedicated, long-term teams

Engineers assigned continuously to your product, not rotated between projects — the same model that's kept Case Manager's team together for 15+ years.

AI integration in legacy systems and process optimization

We've applied it in real engagements: automation and data classification for document-heavy workflows. We add AI where it delivers concrete value — not as a marketing label.

Engagement Models

We adapt to how your company works

Fixed Price

Defined scope and budget

For well-scoped projects where you need cost and delivery date predictability from day one.

For products that evolve continuously, where priorities shift and you need to adjust scope as you go.

An extension of your team

Engineers assigned continuously to your product, integrated into your process and methodology — the model we've used with both Welsh Technologies and Case Manager.
